COMMUNITY AND GROUP ACCESS

From time to time, our Offerings may include access to a private community space, such as a Facebook group, forum, or membership portal. By requesting access, you agree to follow the group guidelines at all times.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any community space for any reason at any time. Community access is not a purchase bonus or entitlement, and changes to availability do not grant additional rights or refunds.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Billing and Renewal

Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless canceled. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription plan you choose.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account and going to My Orders, or by emailing support@danielledoucette.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. No partial-month refunds are issued upon cancellation. If you have any questions or are unsatisfied with our Services, please email support@danielledoucette.com.

Fee Changes

We may, from time to time, make changes to the subscription fee and will communicate any price changes to you in accordance with applicable law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE

All images, text, designs, graphics, trademarks, service marks, downloads, videos, trainings, and other content are owned by and the property of Danielle Doucette or the properly attributed party. Modification of any materials, or use of our intellectual property in whole or in part without permission, is prohibited. It is a violation of federal law to use any of our intellectual property in whole or in part without our express written consent.

You may reference our content with clear and obvious credit and a plain-text mention of the source when appropriate. You may never claim any of our intellectual property as your own or your unique creation, even with attribution.

ONLINE COURSE AND DIGITAL PRODUCT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Limited License

Any and all materials, paid or free, that you access on this website or related domains that contain our Offering are under the sole ownership or licensed use of Danielle Doucette. To be clear, we own our page layout and design, overall look and appearance, individual graphics, icons, videos, logos, taglines, and trademarks (common law or federally registered).

  • Use any content from this site to create competing products, courses, or programs.
  • Screenshot, download, or reproduce paid content for use outside the platform.

  • Misrepresent affiliation with Danielle Doucette or this platform.
  • Use our Offering or related materials for any unlawful purpose.

USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

Any information shared by clients in private coaching sessions, support requests, or membership settings that is not otherwise public will be treated as confidential. Group or community discussions should be considered semi-public, and participants are encouraged to respect each other’s privacy.

COACHING AND 1:1 SERVICES

The following terms apply to all coaching sessions, Power Hours, group coaching calls, and any other live or recorded advisory services:

  • Coaching calls and 1:1 sessions may not be recorded by the client without prior written consent.
  • Session replays, where provided, are for your personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.
  • Missed sessions or late cancellations are subject to the terms outlined at the time of purchase. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
  • Group coaching call recordings remain the property of Danielle Doucette and may be edited, removed, or repurposed at any time.
  • Coaching services do not constitute legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. See Coaching and Advisory Disclaimer below.

YOUR COMMUNICATIONS

Communications made through our contact forms, blog comments, newsletter sign-ups, or sent directly to our email or mailing address are not confidential or privileged and may be viewed by third parties as part of normal business operations. We maintain the right to republish submissions in whole or in part as reasonably necessary in the course of our business.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access, refunds are not generally offered unless explicitly stated on a specific sales page or required by law.

Some digital product offers may include their own refund policy, which will be clearly stated at the point of purchase. If a refund policy is not stated, the sale is considered final.

Coaching sessions, Power Hours, VIP Packages, and other 1:1 or group coaching services are non-refundable. When you book a coaching package, you are reserving dedicated time, resources, and access. Because of this, all payments made toward coaching services are final.

Chargebacks

You agree to make every attempt to request support or a refund (if applicable) before initiating a chargeback. In the event of a chargeback attempt, you forfeit any and all access, bonuses, or materials associated with your purchase. We reserve the right to present proof of purchase and access to your payment provider.

Payment Plans

Payment plans are offered to increase accessibility. They are not “pay-as-you-go” trials. When you enter a payment plan, you agree to pay the full price. If a payment fails, our system will attempt to process it again automatically. After repeated failures, we may revoke access until your account is brought current. All outstanding balances remain due.

MODIFICATIONS TO OFFERINGS AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Offering or any part of content at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.

You may terminate your access by emailing support@danielledoucette.com. Termination does not cancel or waive remaining payment obligations. Any outstanding balance may be referred to collections, and you agree to be responsible for associated fees and costs.

Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Services. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

In no event shall any claim, action, or proceeding brought by either Party related in any way to the Services be commenced more than one (1) year after the cause of action arose.

If we cannot resolve a dispute through good-faith negotiation, you agree to attempt to resolve through mediation before filing a civil cause of action.

You agree not to publicly disparage, defame, or slander Danielle Doucette, our Offerings, or related materials. Constructive feedback is welcome via private communication.

CORRECTIONS

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information.
